Privacy Policy
Honestly, nobody reads these. They’re usually 4,000 words of legal padding that means nothing to anyone who isn’t a lawyer. We’re going to keep this short and actually explain what’s going on with your data.
What we collect
When you create an account we need the standard stuff: your name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. If you’re putting money in or taking it out in Australian dollars, we’ll need payment details too and a record of those transactions.
There’s also data that comes in automatically just from you using the site. Things like your IP address, what device you’re on, which browser, your general location. We log when you log in and what you’re doing on the platform. Not because we’re nosy, but because that’s how we spot security issues and work out what’s broken when something stops working.
Occasionally we’ll ask you to send through some documents to verify who you are. That’s not us being difficult, it’s a legal requirement. It keeps the platform safe for everyone.
What we do with it
Mostly the obvious things. Keeping your account running, processing your transactions, making sure the games are fair, sorting things out when you have a problem. We also use it to check you are who you say you are and to flag anything that looks off.
The technical usage data helps us fix things. When a page keeps crashing or a feature stops working, that’s where we look first.
We’ll send you messages about your account, security alerts, and policy updates. Those will come through no matter what your preferences are set to because they genuinely matter. If you don’t want promotional emails about new features or offers, just opt out. Easy.
Keeping your data safe
Your data is stored on secure servers with proper encryption and tight access controls. We’ve put real effort into this, not just ticked a box.
The internet has its risks – we’d rather say that plainly than dress it up. A strong password goes a long way. Keep your login to yourself, and if anything about your account starts to feel off, reach out to us straight away.
Your data doesn’t stick around once it’s served its purpose. When we no longer need it, we delete it or strip out anything that could identify you. No hoarding, no grey areas.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the platform working properly. They keep track of who you are when you come back, keep your session alive, help with security, and show us where things are going wrong technically. Pretty standard stuff.
Cookies can be switched off in your browser if that’s what you’d prefer. Worth knowing though – parts of the platform may not behave as expected without them.
Who else sees your data
We only share your information when there’s a real reason to. That means the companies that process payments, verify identities, host the platform, and handle technical support. They all have to treat your data properly, that’s a condition of working with us. We don’t sell your data and we’re not passing it around for no reason.
If a court or regulator asks for something, we hand it over. Same if there’s a fraud investigation or a safety issue involving users.
Data outside Australia
Some of the companies we work with are based outside Australia, so your data might get processed in another country at some point. When that happens we make sure proper protections are in place. Your data doesn’t become less protected just because it moves.
What you can do with your data
You can ask us what we have on you. You can ask us to fix something if it’s wrong. You can ask us to delete it if you want it gone. We’ll need to confirm it’s actually you before we do any of that, which is just common sense.
Sometimes we legally can’t delete everything you ask us to, usually because regulations require us to keep certain records. If that’s the situation we’ll explain it properly rather than just refusing.
Age
This platform is adults only, full stop. We don’t allow registrations from anyone below the legal age, and we have no interest in holding data on minors. If it ever comes to light that someone underage got through, the account gets closed and their data goes with it. No grey areas, no second chances on this one.
When this policy changes
Laws change, the way we operate changes, and sometimes this policy will need to change too. When it does, we’ll publish the updated version on this page. We’re not going to bury the changes or make them hard to find. If something significant shifts in how we handle your data, that’s something you should know about. Worth coming back to this page occasionally just to stay in the loop, especially if you’ve been using the platform for a while.
Questions
If something in this policy isn’t clear, or you want to know more about what data we hold on you, or you just have a concern you want to raise, get in touch through the support channels on the platform. We read these messages and we actually respond to them, particularly when it comes to anything involving your personal data, account security, or requests to access or correct your information. Privacy questions don’t get pushed to the bottom of the pile.
